Empowering young girls to

find their inner strength.

The journey to self-love and confidence is tough.

Navigating puberty and discovering who you are on top of that doesn’t make this journey any easier. Despite being bright, caring, and funny enough to make you pee your pants, many young high-achieving girls still doubt themselves.

When they first come in, they feel like they aren’t good enough. That they are constantly falling short of their own expectations. Because of this, they feel lonely, worthless, or inadequate.

They spend days beating themselves up over receiving a lower grade than they wanted, just knowing that they can and should do better. They stay awake at night rethinking different social interactions, questioning “Why did I say that?” They believe that everyone is constantly judging them, leading them to live their lives inauthentically.

Being hard on themselves gets in the way of the life they want in so many ways. They aren’t the kind of friend they want to be. They feel like they’re failing at being a daughter. And their confidence in school is tanking.

As a parent, it can be heartbreaking to see your daughter struggle with low self-esteem and perfectionism.

You want nothing more than to see her thrive and to feel good about herself, but sometimes it can feel like you’re not sure how to help.

That’s where I come in. Before my clients came to see me, they felt inadequate and less than. They worried about their bodies and if they looked silly. And they were pretty certain they would never be good enough, no matter how hard they tried. But constantly worrying about and doubting their worth is getting in the way of their happiness.

Like my clients, they deserve to feel good about themselves, without worrying about how they look or what they said. Learning to be themselves and embracing their own unique strengths is not out of their reach.

If you want help in empowering your daughter, I’d love to help you. Call now. Your daughter doesn’t have to struggle any longer.

Getting started is easy.
